| 摘 要： | 针对知识创新管理中的问题发现环节,研究并提出社会组织管理中促进问题发现的方式、方法;提出了通过建立问题收集分析与管理体系、制定相关制度并实施激励政策等方式,激发组织成员提出问题、发现问题和解决问题的积极性。本文的思想方法有助于社会组织不断提高知识管理的水平,可为组织开展知识创新管理提供可操作的方法支持。

| Abstract: | The paper study how to prompt discovering problems in organization management, and propose an effective way to inspire each member's activity to put forward problems, discover problems and resolve them by establishing a system to collect, analysis and manage problems, constituting relevant regimes, implementing inspiring policy and etc. The paper can support organization with a workable method to develop knowledge innovation management. The method is useful to improve the level of knowledge management continually. |
