| 摘 要： | 本文借用管理学中SWOT分析CBA裁判员职业化的内外部环境，认为CBA裁判员外部有职业化的机遇，内部既有职业化的优势又有劣势，应该改善自身，克服劣势利用外部机遇创造职业化的条件，实施由现在的业余裁判员体制-赛季职业裁判体制-职业裁判体制过渡型，两步走的转型战略，并就战略的实施提出了建议。
