| 摘 要： | 以陕西5所高校为例,通过对女大学生体育锻炼的认识及行为状况的调查研究表明,这一群体对体育锻炼的认识、观念等方面具有现代知识女性的思想特征,但参与体育锻炼的行为倾向处于一般水平。
