摘    要:在新课程的实施过程中,处于第一线的广大中小学教师承受着巨大的压力.造成这些压力的原因是多方面的,大致可以从内部和外部两方面来对其进行分析.在新课程的教育实践中应从这两个方面入手帮助教师缓解心理压力,使其教育教学活动更有利于新课程的推行.

Abstract:In the implement of the new curriculum, most of the teachers in middle and primary school bear a huge pressure. The reason of the pressure is various; we can analyze them internally and externally. We should alleviate the pressure of the teachers from both sides in the practice of the new curriculum, and make their teaching practice good to the promotion of the new curriculum.
