| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生作为一种生产要素——劳动力进入就业市场,它遵循着经济学中供求关系的基本规律。面对目前我国经济高速发展,大学毕业生占人口总数比重较低的现实,大学毕业生就业难现象的出现,主要还在于大学毕业生的有效供给不足。我国高等教育体制的不完善、高等学校招生规模的急剧扩大和大学毕业生择业观念与现实的差异都影响了大学毕业生的有效供给。

| Abstract: | When college graduates enter into employment market as a production factor,it follows the basic economic principle of supply and demand relation.In face of the fact that the Chinese economy is developing at high speed and that the graduates still take a small proportion of the total population,the phenomenon of the tight employment for the college graduates is mostly due to the insufficiency of effective supplies.It is influenced by the imperfect high education system in our country,enrollment expansion in most universities and the gap between the values in career choices and the reality. |
