| 摘 要： | 笔者通过调查统计、查阅文献资料等方法对中小学体育现状进行研究,结果显示,目前中小学不重视课外体育的现象普遍存在,尤其是课外运动训练和课外运动竞赛,这不利于学生形成终身体育,更不利于体育后备人才培养。分析其原因,笔者认为中小学课外体育制度不完善是最重要的因素;对此,提出加强中小学课外体育活动制度的建设,并结合当前学校体育现状提出建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, statistical investigation, documentary analysis methods are comprehensively adopted to study the current physical education in primary and middle schools. The results show that neglect of extracurricular sports training and competition in primary and middle schools is pervasive. The situation makes against the whole-life physical training of students, and especially the training of reserved talents of sports. The main cause is that the extracurricular physical education systems in primary and middle schools are not perfect. So, the author suggests that the construction of the extracurricular physical training systems in the primary and middle schools should be enhanced and considering the status quo, the article provides some suggestions to improve school physical training. |
