| 摘 要： | 21世纪的第二个十年,是我国从教育大国向教育强国迈进的关键阶段,中央政府从人力资源强国和国计民生的战略高度出发,对学前教育给予了前所未有的重视,相继出台一系列涉及学前教育发展的规划、政策,给学前教育特别是相对落后的西部学前教育带来了发展的新契机,但同时也对西部学前教育提出了挑战,并使西部学前教育中蓄积已久的一些问题显得愈发亟待解决。

| Abstract: | The second decade of the 21st century is the critical period when China will become a great power of education in the world.From the strategic perspective of human resources and national interest and people’s livelihood,the Central Government attaches much attention to preschool education in China and makes a series of policies and plans which will bring about new opportunities for the development of preschool education in general,and relatively backward preschool education development in the western part of our country in particular.But at the same time,Western preschool education will also meet many challenges and it is urgent to solve some of the long existing problems.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges which western preschool education in china is faced with and gives some constructive suggestions. |
