摘    要:基于协同创新与社会网络的相关理论,通过文本信息挖掘和整理得到北京市71家协同创新中心和288个组建主体的相关信息,构建了基于社会网络视角的协同创新网络。通过对其网络特征和网络结构进行研究,发现北京市协同创新中心发展明显呈现蛰伏、萌芽、培育三阶段发展特征。目前,协同创新中心发展处于初期,参与协同的组建主体数量的增长明显快于协同组建主体之间合作关系的增长,协同中心数量的增长明显快于协同中心之间合作关系的增长。牵头组建主体,尤其是牵头高校,在网络中的桥梁作用明显,传播网络信息的能力较强。协同创新网络在微观和宏观层面都具有明显的集聚效应和小世界效应。部分组建主体在网络中的位置和角色相似,有利于管理者出台统一政策或标准进行管理。此外,协同创新中心以面向特定行业产业的工程技术创新需求和面向科学前沿的自然科学创新需求为主,部分协同创新中心有一定的专业领域限制。

The Study on Characteristic and Structures of the Collaborative Innovation Network in Beijing
Abstract:Based on the relative theories of collaborative innovation and social network, this paper builds a collabo-rative innovation network, which contains relevant information about 71 collaborative innovation centers and 288 member units. Through analyzing the characteristics and structure of the network, we found the development of collaborative innovation center in Beijing clearly showed three-stage development characteristics of dormancy, ger-mination and cultivate. Currently, the development of collaborative innovation center remains at the initial stage, while the increase of number of member units is faster than that of number of cooperative relationship between units and also the increase of number of collaborative centers is dramatically faster than that of number of coopera-tive relationship between centers. The leading member units, especially universities, play an important connection role in the net and have a strong ability to spread network information. Collaborative innovation network has sig-nificant agglomeration effects and small-world effects at both micro and macro level. Part of the member units has similar position and plays role in the net, which helps managers to establish standardized policy. What's more, collaborative innovation network is mainly needed by Engineering and Technology innovation for specific in-dustry and Natural Science innovation for science frontier, however, part of centers have limit of professional field.
