| 摘 要： | 塑身课是当前在大学体育课中针对改变学生体形、体态和身心健康的新型体育课,本文探讨了塑身课对学生体形体态、心理、社会适应能力、终身体育意识培养、良好生活习惯的功效,力图发展并推广这种新型体育课。

| Abstract: | Body sculpting class is currently in college physical education students for the changing body shape,posture,and physical and mental health of the new physical education.This article analyzed the effectiveness of body sculpting class on body type,psychological,social adaptability,lifelong awareness training,good habits,in order to attempt to develop and promote this new type of physical education. |
