| 摘 要： | 随着高校学生工作的日益繁重和复杂,助理班主任制度引起了广泛关注。概述了高等学校推行学生党员担任助理班主任的工作内容,阐述了助理班主任的主要做法及其成效,对学生党员担任助理班主任存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了合理的建议,旨在为建立助理班主任工作的长效机制提供参考。
