| 摘 要： | 以群体精神动力理论为研究起点,分析群体精神动力对我国集体球类项目的价值,及其提升的途径。研究表明,群体精神动力对集体球类项目的价值：增强球队成员的个体免疫力,提高球队整体的凝聚力,提升球队的群体竞争力;其提升途径是：树立群体的共同理想和共同目标,构建精神与物质、情感并重的激励机制,营造和谐的球队文化氛围。
