| 摘 要： | 本文以参加四届城运会羽毛球比赛的全国 2 2支队伍 (包括香港队 )的运动员为研究对象 ,对全国羽毛球后备队伍的人才布局、年龄特点及实力现状等问题进行了分析探讨。结果显示 :①全国后备人才格局变化随机性大 ,人才布局缺乏系统性、长远性 ;②在人才连续分布的年龄曲线上存在一个拐点 ,16岁以下年龄组训练水平明显偏低 ;③本届城运会在总体水平上不如上届 ,男双后备人才匮乏问题尚未得到缓解 ;④年轻羽毛球运动员在道德素养、思想品质和敬业精神等方面的表现欠佳 ,是阻碍运动员突尖的一个重要因素。

| Abstract: | The study research the structuer of talent, the feature of age and the Present Situation of Strength of reserve athlete of Chinese Badminton. The subjects under the study recruited from 22 teams coming from all over the country, which includes Hong Kong. The results suggest that:①The change of structure of talent is random and systematic and long-range plan lack in distribution of talent.② There is a comer on continuous age curves, which suggests that training level of group under 16ys is obviously on the low side. ③General level of this city game is lower than the last one and there is less development in the situation of deficiency of reserve athlete of men's double. ④The young athletes aren't doing very well in willpower and ideological style,which is important for athlete succeeding. |
