| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代,知识以及创造知识和运用知识的能力,已经成为企业获得可持续竞争优势的关键因素。运用企业知识理论,从知识及知识创新过程入手,对组织知识创新体系及其运营机制进行研究。组织知识创新体系由3个部分组成:知识创新过程(SECI)、巴和知识资产,这3个部分相互作用,形成知识创新的螺旋上升运动。组织知识创新体系要有效率地运转,必须从决策机制、动力机制以及保障机制3个方面构建行之有效的运营机制。
