摘    要:随着我国高等教育事业的迅猛发展,高校引进新教师的数量和比例在逐年提高,因此,提升高校新进教师的职业素养成为当前我国高校教育事业发展中一项带有根本性的战略任务。为保障高校新进教师道德素养、知识素养和能力素养的提升,高校应全方面了解并满足新进教师各层次的合理需要,发展其高层次的需要,为新进教师提供和谐的心理成长空间和优良的科研环境。
