关于我国老年教育的思考

摘    要:老年教育作为终身教育的最后阶段,能够丰富老年人的精神文化生活,是应对人口老龄化的重要事业。我国老年教育经历了创立阶段、发展阶段和创新阶段。结合我国老年教育专业发展的实际,发展我国老年教育事业应该从以下几个方面入手:提高认识,加强各级老年教育工作的组织领导;加强立法,完善老年教育相关的政策法律体系;以人为本,切实开展老年教育工作;整合资源,提高老年教育的办学质量和社会效益。
