| 摘 要： | 高等教育研究机构曾经一度成为我国高等教育改革和发展的助推器。然而,近几年国内各高校高等教育研究机构的发展却极不平衡,出现了机遇与困境并存的局面。正确认识自身的属性和特点并准确定位,是高校高等教育研究机构的必然选择。新形势下,高校高等教育研究机构必须根据自身的情况,重新审视目前的发展状况,大力开展院校研究,建立有效的科研管理机制,充分发挥其人才培养作用,并要搭建学术交流平台,促进我国高等教育的改革与发展。
