| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、实验法和数理统计等研究方法,设计并实施同结构教学法于高校太极拳教学中。实验研究显示:同结构教学法较之常规教学法,在提高大学生太极拳学习效果上效果显著,进一步提高了大学生接受太极拳信息的质量,强化其对太极拳的理解。分析认为,同结构教法符合运动技能迁移理论相关原理,促成其运动技能的双边迁移与垂直迁移;此外,同结构教学符合认知心理学有关人的学习原理相关理论,充实大学生已有的有关同结构运动技能概念,进而达到强化对系列动作的感性和理性认识与学习效果。

| Abstract: | With the literature,statistical and experimental methods etc,the research applied the unified structure teaching method to improve teaching effects of shadowboxing.The results show that the method enhanced the teaching effects greatly,and heightened the performance of students,reduced the time of mastering actions,and still sired the affection on gymnastics.So,the teaching method is worth to be used by more teachers. |
