| Abstract: | A complete system of science and technology awards consists of two sub -systems, the one inside the science community and the one outside the science community. In the award system of China, the intemal sub-system is relatively weak. Strengthening the award activities of science community is significant to the improvement and perfection of the national system of science and technology awards. |
