| 摘 要： | 高职生的心理健康问题给高职院校的心理健康教育带来了严峻的挑战。本文综述了我国高职院校心理健康教育工作的现状,针对性地提出了高职院校心理健康教育的策略和方法,主要包括构建和谐的校园环境,提高心理健康教育课程的效果,全面心理咨询和针对性的专题教育相结合,建立网络心理健康教育平台,引导学生进行自我教育。最后,论述了完善心理健康教育的保障机制。

| Abstract: | Psychological health problem in technical colleges and institutes brings an austere challenge to vocational colleges. This paper describes the present situation of the above and puts forward some effective strategies and methods, such as constructing a harmonious campus ; enhancing the effects of psychological health education, connecting collective psychological consultation with individual one, setting up a platform of psychological health education, leading the students having self—education. At last, this paper discusses the safeguard system of psychological health education. |
