| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济一体化的不断推进,国际贸易活动和对外直接投资活动之间呈现出高度的相关性和一致性。国际分工的深化发展、跨国公司全球资源寻求战略的实施推动了“贸易投资一体化”的实现。我国内资企业应当以要素优势参与恰当的国际分工,借助于FD I的涌入,在环境的动态变化中提升自身在全球价值链体系中的地位。我国的政策制定部门应当将国际贸易政策与吸引外商直接投资政策有机协调,促进国际贸易与吸引外资的协同发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of global economy nowadays,international trade and FDI are highly linked and related.Deep development of international division is the fundamental reason for integration of international trade and FDI,and global outsourcing of multinational corporations promotes integration of international trade and FDI.Chinese domestic enterprises should take advantage of factor endowment to participate in international division,and take advantage of inflow of FDI to increase their status in the global value chain dynamically.Policy makers in China should harmonize international trade policy and FDI policy to promote the development of international trade and FDI in phase. |
