高职教育工学结合实施主体探析

摘    要:高职院校大力推行工学结合,其研究和实践都取得了丰硕成果。澄清工学结合实施的主体,分析以专业教师为主体开展工学结合的效益,指出专业教师能有效识别合作企业的需求,专业教师能主导工学结合人才培养模式的建立和施行,专业教师能系统实施寓工于学的有效教学,工学结合是专业教师提高"双师"素质的有效途径。提出高职院校激励专业教师开展工学结合的基本措施。

Abstract:Knowledge management is the knowledge-centered management, it is intended to enhance the competitiveness of both groups and individuals through knowledge acquisition, sharing and application. This paper intends to introduce knowledge management into digital language laboratory management,establish digital language laboratory knowledge management system, by which the classification, storage, sharing, communication and application of knowledge in management system, maintenance techniques, experience, and the findings of experimental research is made possible, thus, highly efficient and convenient digital language laboratory management is achieved. As a result,the quality of foreign language teaching is improved through the effective aids of foreign language teaching.
