| 摘 要： | 高中阶段是培养创新人才的重要奠基时期，物理教学应当也能够承担创新人才培养的基础性责任。本文结合谢弗勒人类潜能理论，从教育理念、教学过程和评价方法这三个维度论述了如何在高中物理教学中进行创新人才的培养。
