经济欠发达地区教育优质均衡发展的研究

摘    要:从社会发展、教育发展、学校发展和人的发展需要出发,阐述经济欠发达地区研究教育优质均衡发展的意义;在此基础上,对课题进行界定,并确定研究价值。设计研究框架,对研究目标、内容和技术线路进行科学设计。该研究在理论上的认识是:推进教育优质均衡的宗旨是让"每一个"得到充分发展,重点是建构"校本的"学校特色文化。该研究在实践中的建树是:按需投入,促进各类教育优质均衡发展;内并外联,促进城乡教育优质均衡发展;名校辐射,促进校际教育优质均衡发展;打造特色,促进跨区教育优质均衡发展。

Abstract:This essay illuminates the significance of educational qualified and balanced development in economically underdeveloped areas from the aspects of social, educational, school and human development. This research concludes theoretically that the aim of promoting educational qualified and balanced development is to fully develop every student with the priority of constructing school-based culture. Such achievements are made as follows in practice: necessary investment to expedite various educational development; internal and external connection to promote rural and urban educational development; famous school effect to further inter - school development; shaping characteristics to facilitate cross-district development.
