摘    要:如何激发学生学习的成就动机是教育过程中的重要课题。在教学过程中,让学生确立适当的志向水平,辨证地认识学生的能力水平和努力程度,客观地利用竞争机制,正确认识学生的学业成就,注重奖惩的作用是激发学生成就动机的必要策略。

Abstract:The important subject of the teaching process is how to stir up the student's learning achievement motive. Stirring up the achievement motive has the following necessary strategies. We can make the students set up correct ambition and discriminatingly know about the student ability and diligent degree. We can objectively make use of competing mechanism and correctly distinguish the students learning achievements and pay more attention to the function of reward and punishment.
