| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了元搜索引擎的特点和实现原理，并结合中文电子期刊的发展和应用现状，提出了应用中文期刊元搜索引擎的发展需要；最后建立了一个中文期刊元搜索引擎的设计模块，并对其系统结构和相关技术进行了论述。
