| 摘 要： | 通过对改制中投资方选择影响因素的详尽分析，对投资者进行全面分析与综合评价，本着客观、合理、科学、的原则，建立国企改制选择最优投资方的评价指标体系。希望建立的投资方选择评价指标体系，能够在国企改制进程中对选择最优战略投资者具有指导意义，从而有利于国有企业的长足发展与振兴。

| Abstract: | The selection among investors is a complex and important stage in state-owned enterprise reorganization.On the objective,reasonable and scientific principles,the appraising index system for the selection among investors in state-owned enterprise reorganization is established with all-round analysis and overall evaluation on investors by detailedly analyzing the influencing factor of the choice among investors.The analysis is aiming to contribute to the selection of the most excellent investor in state-owned enterprise reorganization and ensure state-owned enterprises' long-term development. |
