| 摘 要： | 运用文献和逻辑方法对现阶段我国城市居民体育锻炼环境分析 ,旨在引起政府相关部门及城市中的体育锻炼者对活动环境的重视。结果显示 :我国城市化水平提高的同时 ,城市居民生活环境问题亦日趋突出。一方面 ,生活质量成为新的追求目标 ,人们健康意识普遍增强 ,参与体育锻炼已具有一定广泛性 ;另一方面 ,因场地不足 ,人们的选择有限。结论 :①在空气污染的峰值时间和地点进行锻炼活动 ,不仅会抵消锻炼效果而且可能对健康产生不良影响 ;②由于现阶段城市社区体育场地需求与供给的矛盾短期内尚难解决 ,所以街区体育锻炼现象一定时期内仍将存在。

| Abstract: | The main aim of this article is to attract government and more people's attention to their environment of physical exercise by analyzing the environment with the methods of documents and investigation of sociology,The results showed that China's environment is getting worse as its citifying .On one hand,more and more townspeople like doing exercise.On the other hand,the playgrounds are limited in city,it not only may offset the effect of exercise but be of negative effect to their health when people do exercise in polluted air.It is concluded that the phenomenon will exist a long time that China's townspeople do exercise near the street because playgrounds in urban communities are limited and the need of townspeople to playgrounds will not be satisfied in a short period. |
