| 摘 要： | 网络出版是指具有合法出版资格的出版机构,以互联网为载体和流通渠道,出版并销售数字出版物的行为;而电子政务是指公共管理机构利用信息通信技术对公共事务管理进行电子化治理,实现管理政务的管理者与被管理者之间、管理者之间的交互处理.比较网络出版与电子政务可知:电子政务有利于监管网络出版,电子政务的G2B模式直接推动网络出版发展,电子治理将规范网络出版并使其健康发展;网络出版技术的发展促进了电子政务技术的成熟,有利于优化与重组电子政务应用场景,有利于传统政务向电子政务迈进.
