摘    要:教育的育人目的决定了教育管理要以人为本,学校以人为本的管理就是以师生为本,重视激励他们的积极性,强调提高学校积极的协同效应。学校的能绩管理强调高质量的教育效果,以形成相互作用的高关心人高关心工作的团队式管理。

Abstract:The education with the purpose of cultivating persons determines the education as human-based management, and school takes the human-based management which exactly means the teachers-&-students-based, laying stress on stimulating their enthusiasm and on enhancing cooperative effect of school enthusiasm. School's management with ability & achievement stresses the educational effect with high quality, which can form a teamwork management with interactive care for others and work.
