| Abstract: | The education with the purpose of cultivating persons determines the education as human-based management, and school takes the human-based management which exactly means the teachers-&-students-based, laying stress on stimulating their enthusiasm and on enhancing cooperative effect of school enthusiasm. School's management with ability & achievement stresses the educational effect with high quality, which can form a teamwork management with interactive care for others and work. |
