| 摘 要： | 对21世纪中国中等职业美术教育所需师资类型问题进行探讨.中等美术教师必须重新架构与时代相符的新型知识结构,必须娴熟掌握和运用现代教育理论及现代教育媒体,必须成为具有创造能力、实验能力且具有较高综合素质的复合型、交叉型人才.我们应适时梳理美术教育的内部结构,及时调整美术教育的课程设置及师资培训方向.

| Abstract: | The author talks about the types of teachers of fine arts neede d in the secondary vocational schools in the 21st century.They should refr ame their knowledge structure according to the new age.They should master and ap ply the modern education theory and media,and train themselves to be versatile,c reative and of high comprehensive quality.The structure the curriculum,and the o rientation of the education of fine arts,should be regulated timely. |
