| 摘 要： | 为了深入了解体育专业舞蹈生情绪管理能力的现状,本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查以及数理统计的方法从自我觉察、自我调控、觉察他人、自我激励和人际关系5个方面对西北民族大学体育专业舞蹈大2、大3学生的情绪管理能力进行调查研究。结果显示:(1)大3和大2学生在以上五个方面的能力具有显著差异(P<0.05);(2)大3学生在自我激励和人际关系比大2的好,但在其他3方面均比大2的略低;(3)男生和女生在以上前3个方面的能力具有显著差异(P<0.05);(4)男生在自我觉察与自我调控两方面的能力均比女生好,但在觉察他人方面的能力却低于女生。根据研究结果分析其薄弱环节并对其进行可能的原因分析与讨论。

| Abstract: | in order to deeply understand the present situation of emotional management ability of dance students majoring in physical education,this paper investigates and studies the emotional management ability of sophomores and sophomores majoring in sports in Northwest University for nationalities from five aspects:self-awareness,self-regulation,awareness of others,self-motivation and interpersonal relationship by means of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.The results showed that:(1)there were significant differences in the abilities of junior and sophomores in the above five aspects(P<0.05);(2)The self-motivation and interpersonal relationship of sophomores were better than those of sophomores,but slightly lower than those of sophomores in the other three aspects.(3)male and female students were slightly lower than sophomores in self-motivation and interpersonal relationships.The ability of male students in self-awareness and self-regulation was better than that of female students,but their ability of perceiving others was lower than that of female students(P<0.05);(4)but the ability of male students in self-awareness and self-regulation was better than that of female students in terms of self-awareness and self-regulation.According to the research results,the weak links are analyzed and the possible causes are analyzed and discussed. |
