| 摘 要： | 电子计算机和网络化的实现，使图书馆的信息服务工作发生了一系列变化，对图书馆员知识水平、工作能力、组织管理能力也提出了更高的要求。而我国图书馆员的素质状况，已不能适应经济技术发展的要求，因此加强图书馆员的继续教育已成为图书馆事业发展中急需解决的重要问题。

| Abstract: | The realization of computer and network make the library's information work cause a series of change, which puts forward the higher request for the librarian's knowledge level, work and management ability. But the librarians' character condition in our country can't adapt to the request of economic technique, therefore, enhancing the continuous education of librarians has become an urgent problem in the library development. |
