| 摘 要： | 伴随着经济社会的发展,科技成为当今世界各国发展的关键,而科技的发展依赖于一国高等教育的发展。高等教育在为一个国家提供具有高等知识技能的人才的同时,也是一个国家科学研究的基地,是一个国家先进思想的萌生地和人才的摇篮。从考察高等教育的本质和目的入手,分析我国当前高等教育存在的问题,并就完善我国高等教育提出政策建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy and society,science and technology become vital to the development of countries,and the development of science and technology is dependent on the development of a country's higher education which provides talents with high-level skills and is the research base of a country and is the birthplace of advanced ideas and a cradle for talents.This thesis explores the nature and purpose of higher education,analyses current conditions of China's higher education and lastly gives some advices on the development of China's higher education. |
