中小学生学源性心理障碍与学习心理辅导

摘    要:学源性心理障碍是指以学生学习活动为主要因素引发的,表现在学生认知、情感、自我意识、个性及交往等方面的心理障碍。目前,学源性心理障碍已成为影响学生心理发展的重要因素。学源性心理障碍具有弥散性、后效性、渐进性、多源性等特点,是由于学习活动的风险化、学习期望的外压化、学习环境的异常化、学习评价的单一化、学习方式的机械化、学习指导的简单化、学习主体的消极化等原因造成的。消除学源性心理障碍必须遵循重点辅导与全面辅导、主体辅导与协同辅导、过程辅导与结果辅导、互动辅导与体验辅导、发展辅导与矫治辅导相结合的原则,采取支持性策略、训练性策略、调整性策略对学生进行学习心理辅导。

Abstract:The learning-activity-related psychological discorders is mainly caused by students' learning activities and reflected in such aspects as cognition, emotion, self-consciousness, personality and personal communication. The learning-activity-related psychological discorders, an important factor hindering students' mental development, is characterized by its natures of dispersion, aftereffect, graduality, diversified sources and is the result of the risk of learning activity, the pressure of external expectation, the abnormal learning environment, the unitary evaluation of learning activity, the mechanical way of learning, the simplified tutoring and the passive attitude of learners. To overcome the psychological obstruction, the principle of combinations between individual tutoring and comprehensive tutoring, between subject-oriented tutoring and coordinated tutoring, between process tutoring and achievement tutoring, between interactive tutoring and experience-based tutoring, and between development tutoring and remedy tutoring. In providing students with psychological guidance, the strategies for support, training and adjustment should be adopted.
