| 摘 要： | 作为河北省示范性高职院校，石家庄职业技术学院围绕“理顺关系、强化特色、积极高效、提高质量”的办学总体目标，从教学管理结构改革、突出专业群建设、强化教学团队、实现课程融合等方面构建了适应高职教育内涵发展的教学管理体制；并通过完善以目标考核为导向的分配制度改革，建立专业群骨干教师激励机制，强化教书育人意识，强化服务意识等方面的激励措施，建立了与内涵发展相适应的运行机制。
