| Abstract: | From four dimensions of the resource development concept, resources development policies, resources learning methods and resources evaluation, this paper compare and analyzes our national excellent courses and overseas open network courses in depth, which is supposed to inspire the thinking on the study resources construction of national excellent courses. This paper also proposes constructive plan for it. |
