| 摘 要： | 新生适应性教育是高职院校学生管理工作的重要内容,是决定新生大学学习和生活成功与否的关键。思政工作者应在迎新点仔细观察并在入校后开展一系列新生入学教育活动和丰富多彩的班级活动,同时还应密切关注新生心理普筛中的问题学生,以帮助他们尽快适应大学生活并获得健康全面的发展。

| Abstract: | The adaptability education of freshmen is one of the most important contents of students' management.It is a key factor determining students' success in studies and life in college.The political and ideological work assistant should carefully observe freshmen once they come to welcoming stations,and carry out a series of freshman-oriented programs and class-activities,and pay close attention to students who have abnormal scores in psychological test,to help freshmen adapt to the new life,have an all-around and healthy growth. |
