Abstract:First, the paper analyzes and expounds the new trends of international curriculums of the early days of the 21st century, based on the general principles of defining the content of curriculums of the new century in the world, and illustrates them with examples of curriculums reform of elementary and secondary education in some developed countries, such as the United States of America, the United Kingdom and Japan. Then, the paper expounds the new tendency of international teaching reform of the new century, through briefly analyzing the teaching reform in some developed countries, and the models of new type of teachers and teacher's training methods recently initiated in the world.
