| 摘 要： | 高职院校作为国家实现高等教育大众化过程中一块的重要基地,是党和国家弘扬科学理论、传播先进文化,塑造美好心灵的前沿阵地。结合高职院校的特点,对高职院校学生群体特点及其党员教育与管理工作的基本特征进行了分析,并提出建立高职学生党的基本知识全程化教育的目标机制;健全高职学生党的基本知识全程化教育的学习机制;强化高职学生党的基本知识全程化教育的组织机制;引入高职学生党的基本知识全程化教育的竞争激励机制。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the basic features of students in higher vocational colleges,their party members and administration work with the combination of the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,puts forward the building objective mechanism of thorough education of basic knowledge for party members of students,perfects their learning mechanism,strengthen their organization mechanism and introduces the competing and motivating mechanism. |
