| Abstract: | Using the development modes and the features of the System of General Library and Branch Library of foreign and domestic public libraries,this paper analyses the management modes of several Systems of General Library and Branch Library of the public libraries of our country,which are currently building now,puts forward the strategy for the implementation of the System of General Library and Branch Library of Harbin public libraries,in order to promote the healthy implementation and the development of the system of Harbin public libraries. |
