中职学校教师效能缺失及其改进策略

摘    要:中职学校教师效能影响着其职业素养、教学行为及专业能力的发挥,并直接决定着人才培养质量的高低和学校目标的实现。本文从教师自我效能观、学校刚性制度、社会文化影响、教师个人因素等方面探讨了如何有效提升教师自我效能感的对策,以期为中职校的可持续性发展提供思路借鉴。
