| 摘 要： | 中国共产党90年的历史,是一部为中国最广大人民群众利益奋斗的历史,更是一部不断改善民生、推动民生建设的历史。中国共产党成立90年来,领导民生建设的历程,虽历经坎坷,但却波澜壮阔,成就辉煌。本文试图从历史发展的三个阶段以及民生问题层次性的角度,正确理解和评价中国共产党的民生思想与民生建设。
