| 摘 要： | 在古今中外战争中，军事情报均起着举足轻重的作用。历朝历代都对情报侦察及情报人员非常重视。明代时，情报人员有了进一步发展。夜不收作为明代情报人员之一，被大量的应用于军事领域。关于夜不收，学术界对其关注颇少，对于夜不收的定义亦存在些许问题，往往将其简单的定位为哨探人员。本文以明朝为切入点，从时间、空间及职能三方面，对“夜不收”进行释疑。

| Abstract: | In modem or ancient times, in China or elsewhere the mih＇tary infonuation played a very important role in the war. So,all the dynasties in Chinese history took more attention to the intelligence and the spy. In Ming Dynasty, The spy had further progress. As the spy of the Ming Dynasty,the “Yebushou” had been applied to military field. As to “Yebushou”,the academic circle has not paid more attention to it. And has some problems about its conception,It always be defined simply as the spy. This article will disabuse “Yebushou” from time space and function,taking The Ming Dynasty as the breakthrough point |
