| 摘 要： | 房地产行业属于资金密集型行业,投资量大、建设周期长、资金回笼慢等特点决定了房地产行业资金供给必须有保障;房地产企业资金链是否良好运营直接关系到房地产行业的健康发展,资金链运营情况取决于融资渠道的通畅;我国房地产行业融资渠道长期以来存在过份依赖商业银行信贷,渠道单一化和制度的不完善性,给房地产行业资金链管理带来巨大风险,影响了房地产行业的健康发展,因此加快房地产行业融资渠道创新,完善融资体系法制,拓宽融资渠道,加紧融资人才培养是房地产行业健康发展的必然选择。

| Abstract: | Real estate industry belonging to funds-intensive industry,investment volume large,and construction cycle long,and funds return slow,features decided has real estate industry funds supply must has guarantees;real estate enterprise funds chain is good operation directly relates to real estate industry of health development,funds chain operation situation depends on financing channel of smooth;my real estate industry financing channel has long exists had copies rely on commercial banks credit,channel single of and system of not perfect sexual,to real estate industry funds chain management brings huge risk,Affected the healthy development of the real estate industry,accelerate the real estate industry and financing channels innovation,improving the financing system of the rule of law,widening financing channels,to intensify financing talent cultivation is the inevitable choice for healthy development of the real estate industry. |
