教师专业发展背景下的学科教学知识管理策略初探

摘    要:在教师专业发展的过程中,教师知识处于核心地位,而学科教学知识又是教师知识的核心。因此,自1986年由舒尔曼提出以来,学科教学知识对教师专业发展的理论与实践产生了重大的影响。本论文在介绍学科教学知识的内涵、结构等问题的基础上,提出了教师学科教学知识管理过程中存在的五方面(学习、保存、共享、使用、创造)问题并针对教师个人以及问题,提出五个管理策略,用于促进我国教师专业的发展。

A Preliminary Approach to the Management Strategy of Pedagogical Content Knowledge in the Background of Teachers' Professional Development

Abstract:In the process of teachers' professional development,teachers' knowledge is in the key position,and pedagogical content knowledge is the core of teachers' knowledge.Therefore,since being put forward by Shulman in 1986,pedagogical content knowledge has a significant influence on the theory and practice of teachers' professional development.This paper,based on the introduction of the connotation and structure of pedagogical content knowledge,puts forward five aspects(learning,preservation,sharing,use,creating) in the management of pedagogical content knowledge,proposes five management strategies in view of teachers' personal issues,aiming to promote teachers' professional development in our country.
