摘    要:赋予教师课程权力,是新课改在课程管理层面上的理念之一。教师课程权力是指在现有的教育法规和国家课程政策所允许的范围内,教师对课程进行研究、开发和实施的过程中所拥有的可支配的能动力量。教师课程权力来源于课程理念的发展、教育法规和课程政策的规定以及教师专业能力的要求,它包括课程决策权、课程开发权、课程实施权。

Abstract:To give teachers curriculum power is one of the conceptions in the new curriculum reform.Teachers' curriculum power refers to the activated strength which teachers possess and that can be dominated during the process of the researching,developing and implementing to those curriculums,which are empowered in the range of current education law and national curriculum policy.It derives from the development of curriculum conceptions,education law and curriculum policy and teachers' professional competence.It includes curriculum decision-making power,curriculum developing power and curriculum implementing power.
