| 摘 要： | 本文主要论述了图书馆外文期刊利用的现状。根据工作经验,分析了图书馆外文期刊信息资源利用率低的原因。探讨了图书馆立足于用户需求,以知识创新为前提,期刊信息资源馆藏为开发对象,以网络技术为手段,加强图书馆外文期刊信息资源的综合开发与利用。

| Abstract: | This paper discribed the status quo of habitual use of foreign periodicals in the library. According to the past work experience, it analyzed the low utilization rate of foreign periodicals resources. Probed into all possible means in strengthening this information resources development and utilization： based on specific needs of clients, taking knowledge and innovation as a prerequisite, focusing on development and utilization of periodicals collection of information resources with the support of network technology. |
