摘    要:素质教育作为一种新的教育观念和思想,源于对现代社会所需人才规格的认识的深化和升华.普通高校体育教师必须提高自身的教育素养以迎接新时代的挑战.初步探讨我国高校体育教师在知识经济教育的大背景下,实现其自身知识结构优化的四大转化的形态特征.

Abstract:Quality-oriented education as a new educational concept and idea rooted in the deepening and subliming the understanding of the specifications for qualified personnel needed by the modern society. The PE teachers in general colleges and universities of China should improve their own educational accomplishment for receiving the challenge of the new era. Preliminarily discussion was made on the characteristics of the shape of the four transformations for the PE teachers in general colleges and universities of China to realize the optimization of their own knowledge structure under the big background of knowledge economy education.
