| 摘 要： | 情感管理是管理者通过与被管理者的情感交流而实现的有效管理。在高职学院学生管理中,强化情感管理,有利于帮助学生找准人生指向、职业定向和发展方向。应当采取有效的对策,搞好情感管理,从精神文化建设入手,达到提高学生综合素质的目的。

| Abstract: | Emotion management is an effective management through the emotion communion between the manager and the person being managed.It is propitious to help students find out the directions of life,occupation and development by means of enforcing the emotion management in the administrative process of higher vocational students.Starting with the construction of spiritual culture,the effective countermeasure should be taken to make the emotion management better so that the purpose of promoting the students' general qualities can be achieved. |
