| 摘 要： | 为有效保障办学者、教师以及学生等利益相关者的权益,亟需对民办高校办学风险与监管问题进行研究.本文分析指出,民办高校办学风险来自于内部运行和外部环境两方面,具体表征为决策风险、管理风险和财务风险等,并在此基础上系统探讨了民办高校办学风险监管的特点、目标与框架等.
